You already know
something is wrong.

Your siblings recite a book they do not understand.

Your mother cannot find clothing that respects her faith and her taste.

The good ones carry the weight alone and the world calls that strength.

THE ORIGIN

Amyn

We encountered what the world had normalized.
We could not leave it as we found it.

Intent

أمين means trustworthy.

Amyn isIntent.

You cannot be trustworthy by accident.

The Origin

Why Amyn exists

Not a business plan. A series of things that were broken and a person who could not walk past them.

We will not leave the world as we found it.

Where it all began

This is not a brand story. It is just what happened.

Ahmed Touré.

I was born into a Muslim family but I was never Muslim.

I did not claim it. I did not practice it. I did not understand it.

For years I had questions and no answers. I would ask why. 'Because this is how it is.' I would ask what the words mean. Silence.

Good people. Loving people. They just did not know.

I believed in God. But I could not bring myself to practice a faith I did not understand.

Then Allah did not wait for me to find Him. He found me. And it was something I will never be able to deny for as long as I live.

Understanding did not bring me back to Islam. It introduced me to it for the very first time.

How many are lost right now — not because they reject Allah, but because no one helped them understand His message?

What I could not leave broken

I went looking for a single outfit for my mother.

A couple malls. Hundreds of stores. Nothing.

Everything was tight. Revealing. Even for children.

The world did not remove the choice between beauty and modesty. It never offered one.

Mballou.

My cousin Mballou. Paralyzed. Her vision failing.

Her world shrinking to the size of a television screen.

She is the brightest woman I know.

I can't see the words, Ahmed.

In her voice, I heard the echo of billions — locked out from meaning by language, ability, or circumstance.

What I built.

So I built it. Amyn Verse. An app where every verse speaks your language. Live on Google Play.

That was the day Amyn stopped being an idea.

What it cost

American Capital Point. A company I created. Revenue was moving.

I was helping businesses secure funding. Building wealth.

Then I learned I was facilitating riba — interest-based transactions forbidden in Islam.

I shut it down immediately.

What I Lost

$20,000

What I Gained

Amyn

That was not a loss. It was tuition.

What we believe

Not a list of values.
A way of being.

  1. Just because that's how it is doesn't mean it has to be.

A refusal to accept the degraded world as final. What exists today is not proof of what can exist tomorrow.

  2. Every action is a seed.

Most ripples never come back to the hand that threw the stone. Act anyway. Compounding is the math underneath history.

  3. Being good was never easy. It was right.

Integrity has always had a cost. The prophets paid it. The question is not whether the cost is worth paying. It is whether you will pay it.

  4. Love the person. Refuse the harm.

Unconditional love is not permission for harm. The highest love holds the highest standard — because it believes in who the person can still become.

  5. We are all the same. Our differences make us stronger.

Humanity is one body. Boundless in potential, fierce in diversity, and — when it chooses to — capable of things nothing else in creation can build.

  6. Intent is everything.

Intent is the seed. Knowledge is the soil. Action is the water. No seed is grown by accident.

  7. Truth over being right.

A life of lifelong correction, not defended certainty. Growth is the point. Ego is the obstacle. Honesty with oneself is the bar.

If we want change, we must first change ourselves. Even a sliver of light is enough to allow sight.

Start With You.

Built in solitude. Built with intent.
