Amyn Verse is provided to help you understand the Quran. You agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not misuse, hack, or attempt to compromise the service
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Respect the sacred nature of the content

By becoming a Founding Believer ($50 one-time payment), you receive:

• Lifetime premium access to all features
• Your name inscribed in the app
• Direct communication with the founder
• Early access to new features

Refund Policy: If Amyn Verse is not delivered within 12 months of your payment, you will receive a full refund. "Delivered" means the app is available on iOS and Android with English translation, synchronized audio, at least 3 additional languages, and functional search capability.

Premium subscriptions ($4.99/month) are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Quran itself is sacred text and not subject to copyright. However:

• Our app design, code, and branding are protected by copyright
• Translations are provided under license from their respective authors
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without permission
